⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Having relocated from Muscat, Oman to Riyadh on 28 June, Vittori Palace Hotel & Residences has been my home while waiting to move into my new house. Looking back, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to begin this new chapter. The hotel itself is exceptional. Beautifully designed, elegant, and peaceful, it has a warmth that immediately sets it apart. Rather than feeling like a typical luxury hotel, it feels like a refined home—welcoming, comfortable, and full of character. It is the kind of place you genuinely look forward to returning to at the end of each day. What truly makes Vittori Palace special, however, is its people. My heartfelt thanks go to Layla, Abir, and Turki, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care have made our stay unforgettable. Every interaction has been met with warmth, sincerity, and a genuine desire to help. My sincere appreciation also extends to the concierge, housekeeping, valet, doormen, security team, restaurant staff, and everyone working behind the scenes. While I may not know every name yet, every member of the team has treated us with the same level of respect, generosity, and care. No matter their nationality or background, they have embraced the same culture of hospitality, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. Coming from Oman—a country renowned for its hospitality—it has been a pleasure to experience that same spirit here in Saudi Arabia. The team at Vittori Palace are wonderful ambassadors of Saudi hospitality, reflecting the warmth, generosity, and graciousness for which this Kingdom is becoming so well known. True luxury is not only found in beautiful architecture or elegant interiors; it is found in the people who make you feel welcome, valued, and at home. Vittori Palace has achieved exactly that.
