Helpful and supportive staff, provided with extra blankets when asked and also replaced the fridge that wasn't functioning. There is a washing machine but no dryer, so use it carefully. Additionally, complimentary water is provided with the rooms. The Pool and the Spa both come at an additional charge. One thing is that the bathrooms are small, so you have to watch out while entering and leaving and bathing, and the door slider for showering was broken 😕 so the washrooms remained wet most of the times. One (1)of the three (3) AC's was not cooling and working properly, and a water heater was leaking, so it was difficult for 2 people to bath at the same time in different bathrooms, and it's the only reason why I'm giving it a 4/5 star. However, it's near Panda and many other restaurants, offering convenience. Highly recommend it for any one visiting Riyadh and hope it helps anyone visiting 😊.
