I had one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I will never stay here again. The air conditioning barely worked and the room never became comfortably cool. I requested room cleaning, but despite waiting the entire day, no one came to clean the room. Later, I asked the reception for a plate, spoon, and some salt. I was shocked by the response. The receptionist told me they could not provide them because they had been sitting unwashed for days and were not fit to be given to guests. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards. What made the experience even more frustrating was the misleading information during booking. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, but after checking in I discovered that the gym is privately operated and hotel guests are not allowed to use it. Advertising amenities that guests cannot access is deceptive and misleading. I paid for a hotel that promised certain facilities and a basic standard of service, but I did not receive what I paid for. I have asked a full refund, as it is unacceptable to charge guests for services and amenities that are either unavailable or not provided. Overall, the service was extremely poor, the staff showed little concern for guest comfort, and the information provided during booking was misleading. I deeply regret choosing this hotel, and I will make sure none of my colleagues, friends, or business contacts ever book this property in the future.
