We recently dined at La Cuisine Novotel Sahafa buffet restaurant and had great experience overall. The selection of food was impressive, offering a variety of dishes including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages. The food was generally fresh and flavorful, with the grilled salmon and desserts being the highlights of the meal. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and attentive. They promptly cleared used plates and assisted guests when needed. The area for the best experience here would be the replenishing of their dishes very often and the very accommodating staff that helps you through your dining specially Nidhi and Mark Glenn who were very pleasant and frequently checks for our needs and Overall, the buffet provides good value for money with its wide selection of food and comfortable dining atmosphere. I would recommend it to families, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a variety of dining options in one place. Worth visiting for its variety and service.
