Very disappointing experience at the restaurant in Narcissus The Royal Hotel. The buffet was completely empty, and despite asking the staff several times to refill the food, nothing was done. We ended up wasting our time and leaving without eating. Extremely poor service and unacceptable management for a hotel at this level. I shared the photos
