very nice hotel, which I can't say about the staff that works there. The administrator is just a terrible Egyptian who does not know how to communicate with customers, and behaves inappropriately, it seems that a person has problems with his head. Very cultural communication, I talk with clients as if he himself is the owner of this hotel, I have never met such rudeness in my address. It was a very bad experience. The funny thing is that your receptionist asks every customer to leave a review on this website addressed to him. And please remind the amount of staff that I am a guest of your hotel, they are his friend and that you need to treat me respectfully.
