I have two major issues with this hotel. First of all the WiFi connection is horrible. During my entire stay it's been difficult for me to connect to wifi in my room, I always have to go to the main lounge area in order to get connection. Secondly, my door has no latch/lock and as a result hotel staff would just enter my room without my permission. I've had instances where I have woken up to someone in my room. Unacceptable. I've tried to reach to the manager countless times to address these issues but he or she is never at the office, well according to staff.
