Mercure Riyadh Al Anoud

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say that one of the reasons is the professionalism of the front desk receptionist, Mr. Abdullah! Without exaggeration, he is one of the best receptionists in Riyadh. His warm welcome, exceptional manners, great cooperation, and high flexibility with check-in deserve to be remembered and praised. He also has an excellent memory fott past hotel guests. Noting that: our last visit was about two months ago. He is a professional and wonderful employee who truly deserves recognition and appreciation. Regarding the hotel: • The location is excellent and close to most services. Since I frequently visit Riyadh for the purpose of medical treatment, it is very important for me to easily and quickly reach the services I need during this period, considering Riyadh's traffic. • The lobby is wonderful, and the hotel facilities are great. • Room cleanliness, arrangement, and spaciousness are also very appropriate. • Housekeeping service during the stay is good. Overall, staying at the hotel is very comfortable, and the staff works hard to ensure the stay is of the highest standard. Based on my experience staying at various 5-star and 4-star hotels in Riyadh during this time, I can say that I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again in the future 👍🏻 Special thanks to everyone who made my stay during both visits comfortable, I appreciate your effort and work 🙏🏻
