I had a very disappointing stay at Mena Andalusia Hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. First, there was no tissue box available in the room. The toilet was uncleared, and despite making multiple requests, the bathroom towel was not provided until much later. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of drinking water, which I had to repeatedly ask for. After several requests, they finally topped up the drinking water, but there were no cups available to drink from, which I found quite frustrating. Overall, the service was lacking, and I would not recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained stay.
