great luxary apt in almajdeah with roof

!WARNING! The place is really nice and pleasant and family friendly. There are no nearby stores or "bakala" but the neighborhood is really quiet EXCEPT there is an ongoing construction for the King Salman Park. Residents have an access for underground parking, children playground, and i think there is a gym but I didn't saw it. So the 1 star is due to the fact that we were offered this via contacts on a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom flat for 30K sar which is very skeptical due to the luxurious looks and built of the place and the amount that is offered. This person even offered us a contract through Ejar platform, prior to approving the offer we have called some friends and warned us due to the red flags: 1. The person didn't show up to tour us around. 2. This person mentioned that there are no offices and all of the transaction has to be done via online. 3. The building and flat locks are all passcodes so there is technically no need to see the person you are contacting to. For those who are looking for a decent place to stay like myself, please be vigilant and always believe your instincts, research and look for proofs before making any decision.
