The hotel was absolutely wonderful—truly deserving of five stars. The cleanliness was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I'd especially like to mention the reception staff, Hala and Raghad, who were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout my stay. Everything was great overall. I only have one small suggestion for improvement. I stayed for four days, and the breakfast buffet was exactly the same every morning. It would be even better if the breakfast menu varied from day to day to offer guests more variety.
