What guests say

One of the most spacious hotel suites in Riyadh, conveniently located with excellent access to the city's major highways—but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The shortcomings begin with what is perhaps the poorest acoustic insulation I have experienced in a hotel. Noise from neighbouring rooms carries so clearly that conversations and other private activities can be heard with ease, making it difficult to rest or work comfortably. The basement parking is equally disappointing. The ramps are excessively steep and narrow, making manoeuvring unnecessarily difficult and increasing the risk of scraping or damaging your vehicle. Judging by the numerous marks on the walls, this appears to be a common issue rather than an isolated experience. The breakfast and dining options are underwhelming for the price charged. Given the quality and value available through Riyadh's excellent food delivery services, ordering in is often the better option. To make matters worse, the hotel is currently surrounded by significant infrastructure works, with an active construction site immediately adjacent to the property. Combined with the inadequate sound insulation, construction noise is clearly audible throughout the day. While the generous suite sizes and convenient location are genuine strengths, they are overshadowed by issues that significantly impact the overall guest experience.
