I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, especially since I chose it to celebrate my birthday. The first room I was given was completely unacceptable. It was dirty, with spider webs everywhere, and there was even a spider in the room. The air conditioning was broken, the TV didn’t work, and I eventually had to change rooms because of these issues after spending two nights there! The worst part was the customer service at reception. When I called to report the problems, the receptionist hung up on me. When I later spoke to her in person, she falsely claimed that I had hung up on her. The reception staff showed very little professionalism or understanding of basic hospitality. To be fair, the duty managers did try to be kind and make up for the situation, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the problems with the room and the poor treatment from reception had already ruined the experience. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and stressful stay. Between the dirty room, broken amenities, having to change rooms, and the way I was treated by reception staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I hope the hotel takes guest complaints more seriously and improves both its cleanliness standards and customer service
