I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff at the hotel entrance. They were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we were bothering them. A warm and professional welcome is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, that was missing during our visit. I hope the hotel will improve this aspect of its service.
