I stayed for 3 nights here. There was no AC and when we enquired with the reception they said that the AC was not working for the entire property. We asked what can they do and the receptionist just said nothing. Very unprofessional. The rooms are small and bathroom is just cramped. Worst part when I complained about this to Expedia because that's where I did my booking, this hotel has the audacity to blatantly lie that they upgraded us. LIE. THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING. Except for the location there was nothing good about this hotel. Breakfast option was also pathetic. We never ate there. Reply to the Hotel's response: There was no upgrade. Please dont make false claims and mislead other people.
