We booked directly with hotel to make a reservation and were not informed upon confirming our reservation that there is no air-conditioning in the hotel, nor does it state on their website either. When arriving to check in we were only then informed that the air-conditioning will only be turned on in May. We requested a refund and were refused one. The hotel was not open to consider that we were not informed of there being no air-conditioning we could not be expected to stay there. We do not recommend this hotel.
