- Apartments are located in the 3rd districts only, and are located very close from the office. Please note that the agency closes at 17:00 during the week.
- It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of the reception hours, please contact At Home Hotel directly, to request a late check-in and to know if it can be provided. Please note that if the procedure cannot be arranged, the agency cannot guarantee the reservation. The check-out procedure will be expained to you day of arrival.
- Check-out time is 10am the latest, any arrangement for later check-out can only be provided and agreed by us. Any Late chack-out which was not agreed will be charge for extra fee on the deposit.
- You will receive bed linen for the length of your stay . You must show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. The rental will be made under the name of the person who paid for the reservation. The number of guests who check-in at the reception desk must match the number specified in the reservation and will show in the contract.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
