I had a terrible experience at Zilal Al Nuzala Hotel and strongly advise others to book elsewhere. The management seems more interested in extracting extra fees from guests than providing actual hospitality. Key Issues: Extortionate Fines: They charge aggressive fines for the smallest things. I was forced to pay 50 SAR for a tiny, single dot on a bedsheet—a price that likely exceeds the cost of the sheet itself. Rude Staff: The team is unprofessional, hostile, and lacks basic courtesy. Instead of being helpful, they are confrontational. Hidden Charges: They even attempt to charge guests for basic amenities, such as using a luggage trolley. Unethical Behavior: The overall atmosphere feels like a "blackmail" operation. They look for any minor excuse to penalize guests and demand extra cash. Verdict: This is not a guest-friendly hotel. Save your money and your peace of mind by staying at a place that respects its customers.
