We recently stayed here with family for 4 nights and 5 days, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The service throughout our stay was extraordinary. A special mention goes to the breakfast—the quality was top-notch, everything was cooked to perfection, and both my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Waqar from the restaurant team was exceptional! He was constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was well-stocked. The restaurant manager was also brilliant, taking the time to explain the different food items to us. One tip for future guests/management: The shuttle service back from the Haram was quite confusing. There is a lack of clear information on where exactly to board the shuttle when returning from the Haram, which made things a bit tricky. Despite the shuttle confusion, the staff and food made our stay memorable. We would love to stay here again!
