Very bad service. If it is possible to give below one start, I would do it. Rooms are extremely congested, poor and slow service, reception is empty all the times, no matter how many times you call for reception no one picks, owners are extremely careless about customer sevice. No one really cares about client satisfaction. Moreover Intercom placed in rooms are not working. There is no light outside the bedroom. It works by sensors which are also in bad condition. It feels more like an ancient cave rather than a luxurious hotel. I would never recommend it to others. Highly disappointed. There is no food or tea to serve ore order . Additionally, according to the given location most of the food delivery rides don't deliver in this area, making it miserable to survive.
