We stayed at this hotel for one night and checked out the next day Alhamdulillah. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and there were insects flying around in the bathroom, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room clearly shows that it urgently needs a complete renovation. The sound insulation is extremely poor, we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, which made it very difficult to rest or sleep properly. The bathroom was in particularly bad condition. The water in the shower would not drain at all, and we literally had to push it toward the drain with a mop. This is completely unacceptable and clearly indicates serious maintenance issues. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, it is about a 20-minute walk to Al Haram, which is convenient. Overall, we expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but sadly, this hotel did not meet even minimal standards. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
