I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Saja Maka Hotel. Although I didn’t catch their names, both team members were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they happily changed my room twice at my request and even upgraded it. This is my second stay here, and their hospitality and cooperative attitude are exactly why I keep coming back. We also want to give a special shoutout to the chef, who was kind, talented, and genuinely took the time to help us with our meals.The receptionist was fantastic Muhammad fatani and Homoud.
