What guests say

The hotel was overall a good experience. The rooms were large and spacious, and the bathrooms were well-designed and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from Haram, the hotel provides a shuttle service which helps make up for it. There are also many shops on the ground floor, which adds convenience for guests. The suhoor buffet was quite good and reasonably priced at 50 SAR, offering a satisfying variety of options. However, there are some areas that need improvement. Housekeeping services could be more consistent, and attention to small maintenance details—such as bed lights, bedding condition, showers, phone and dustbins—would make a noticeable difference. Focusing on these finer details would help elevate the hotel closer to a true five-star standard.
