I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Abdul Wahab (Receptionist) and Mr. Wisam (Security) for their outstanding kindness and professionalism. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no parking available, and I was worried that I would have to leave my car outside. Mr. Abdul Wahab didn’t just give me an answer from the reception desk—he personally came all the way down to the ground floor, calmly assessed the situation, and did everything he could to help. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Wisam from the Security team. MashaAllah TabarakAllah, what a kind and generous gentleman. After hearing that I had driven all the way from Makkah to Dammam, he selflessly moved his own car so that I could park mine safely inside the hotel. This was an act of genuine kindness that I will never forget. MashaAllah TabarakAllah, both Mr. Abdul Wahab and Mr. Wisam are excellent examples of hospitality and outstanding customer service. Their actions made a stressful situation completely effortless, and they treated me with great respect and compassion. May Allah reward them abundantly, bless them in this life and the Hereafter, and place barakah in all that they do. Ameen.
