No towels, walls of the room reminds the prison, the housekeepers are not nice (very difficult to find). They have a phone in the rooms, but the chances to pick up the phone (reception) is minimal, and the number for cleaning the room unavailable. 2/6 elevators are not working (even though it is always busy). The fire alarm everyday. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend to book this hotel!
