Holiday Suites Al Azizia

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I stayed at Holiday Inn Al Aziziyah, Makkah from 8 July to 22 July. Despite paying a high amount in advance, this was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was extremely dirty, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. My family and I became sick, which we believe was due to the poor hygiene standards. Housekeeping was inadequate, and repeated complaints received little or no response. The hotel seemed to be overcrowded with tour groups, but instead of feeling like a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a crowded bed space with very limited facilities and poor service. The management appeared indifferent to guests’ concerns, as if customer satisfaction no longer mattered once payment had been made. A hotel in Makkah should uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, but unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. My family and I left with disappointment and illness instead of pleasant memories. I cannot recommend this hotel unless there are major improvements in cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping, and guest service.
