I am going to be honest: first of all this hotel doesn't deserve the four stars. It does have some positive and some negative sides + : _ the rooms are quit good _ even though it is far from the Haram they have buses that takes you there for free _ the staff in the reception are kind _ there are mini stores in the hotel if you want to buy some souvenirs - : _ the sink is leaking _ the shower doesn't have hot water _ there no variety of stores and malls next to it _ there is no restaurants next to it _ it is self-service [ just imagine i have stayed there for four days no housekeeping have ever came to my room to clean it, i threw my own trash outside, and because the sink is leaking i cleaned the bathroom myself every day]
