What guests say

It’s far from the haram but they do offer a free bus service. The shop inside the hotel is super expensive. The room we were in wasn’t great. Toilet got blocked but they did come and unblock it for us when we asked. The hot plate in our room doesn’t work and the fridge barely keeps anything cold. They didn’t have a kettle in the room (we had to buy our own) or mugs. The safe in the room was completely broken and taking up valuable closet space. It’s pointless having it in here. One of the closet doors doesn’t open all the way and gets stuck which is inconvenient when you want to hang your clothes. The guys on reception are rude. We asked for a second room key because we are 4 people in a room and some of us will go and come back at different times and they said there was only the one key. Overall this hotel feels like it’s a 1 star hotel.
