Frustrating Experience Just Asking for Prices I came to this hotel just to inquire about prices, but my experience was enough to make me question the place. The lifts are a complete mess—no floor display, no indication of which direction the lift is going. You’re left to guess your location based on the floor when the doors open, which is incredibly inconvenient. To top it off, when I asked one of the hotel workers for directions, he didn’t even know the name of the hotel. He seemed clueless about the basics, which gave me zero confidence in their service. If this is how they operate with just simple inquiries, I can’t imagine what it would be like staying here. Definitely not the impression I was hoping for.
