It’s okay, the bus shuttle to and from the haram is the only good thing. Available roughly every 30-40 mins. Room service sucks, they literally never come and clean the room, even upon multiple requests. The other issue is that the key card would have to be re-programmed every single day. For some reason, it would stop working after a day and we’d have to go to the front desk, etc. Laundry at M floor is okay, not the best. I’d rather go across the street to the real laundry shop, it’s cheaper, faster, and way better service. The cafe is good, and the supermarket on top of the cafe is also really good and cheap!
