What guests say

If you are a noisy person, this hotel might not be the best choice for you, especially if you get triggered by minor issues. However, it offers great value for money and is conveniently located near the Haram, which is a definite plus. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk there, depending on your pace and the crowds. Unfortunately, there are several downsides. The hotel can get very crowded as many travel operators bring groups of pilgrims, making access to the elevators challenging. Additionally, we had no light in the bathroom for seven days. I mentioned this several times to the reception staff, who sent someone to check. I had asked them to send someone when I was back from Zohar Salah, but my wife told me that the person knocked and she asked him to return when I was present. Unfortunately, he never came back. When I returned to the reception to report that I was back in the room, I requested that the plumber be sent again, but that also did not happen. This was the only significant issue we encountered; everything else was acceptable. Upon entering the hotel, there was a noticeable smell, but you eventually get used to it over time. I was not there for luxury but for Haram. So will I come back yes for sure if no better deal is found
