Good for Young Adults & Couples, Not Recommended for the Elderly If you are young or traveling as a couple, this hotel could be good choice. However, if you are coming for Umrah with elderly family members, I would not recommended it at all. After getting off the shuttle, you have to walk over a kilometer to reach the entrance of the Haram, which is simply not feasible for elderly people for every prayer. Pros: Laundry Service: Excellent laundry options available. Prayer Facilities: Dedicated prayer spaces (masjid) are available for both men and women. Amenities & Room Quality: Hand wash, body wash, and towels are provided. The bathrooms are good, and the air conditioning works very well. Service: Room service is very efficient and helpful. Cons: Distance: Quite a long walk from the shuttle drop-off point to the mosque entrance. Dining: The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. Most importantly, check the room as soon as you get the key. Some rooms have great beds and fridges, while others have spring beds that'll keep you up all night. Leave your bags aside and check the room first.
