Al Ebaa Hotel

I had a very disappointing and really bad experience at this hotel. If you want to waste your money, then this is the place to stay. Otherwise, I would not recommend it at all. Almost every room has some kind of issue. Some rooms have a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, while others are missing basic amenities. For example, one room may not have a hair dryer, another may not have a tissue box, and another may not even include a dental kit. On top of that, the bed sheets and other linens had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was well below an acceptable standard. The housekeeping staff, especially the employee assigned to the 15th floor, was extremely unprofessional, and arrogant. Customer service was very poor. Another major inconvenience was that the hotel has only limited irons like 10 to 12 for whole hotel of 20 floors. So you have to call one or even two days in advance just to get an iron delivered to your room. They also refuse to provide even basic extra items, such as an additional towel. Moreover the washrooms are really small so do the rooms and lifts. You'll feel claustrophobic here. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and did not provide the level of service or cleanliness that guests should expect. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
