If there is something less than a one star I would have given it to this hotel one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had made me thankful for the hotels I went to in united arab emirates. The rooms are extremely dirty, the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom is unbearable, no kettle or cups or tea or coffee were placed in the room and no hospitality at all aren’t these things provided in every hotel? The water heater was turned the whole time yet the water was not hot, we would request room service yet no one shows up also the staff is extremely unprofessional and slow especially the Saudi staff their attitude is unbearable and very rude. And it seems that they don’t read the reviews left on this hotel because a lot of people are complaining and nothing has changed and they should definitely read them to fix whatever is wrong with this hotel. The place is close to the haram but the way is extremely difficult since the road escalates and it becomes almost like climbing a mountain and the shuttle buses park a little bit further so there’s quite a bit of a walk. Do not recommend this hotel at all and would never repeat, don’t be fooled with pictures. Forget to add that the wifi is really bad in order to download an app I had to wait for an hour.
