This staff member was exceptionally kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel management should be proud to have someone like him on their team. After spending a long time standing in the crowded queues at Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, we came to the café feeling exhausted. We only ordered water and some juices, yet he welcomed us with a warm smile, treated us with great respect, and served us with remarkable patience and professionalism.
