The worst possible booking I’ve ever had , the customer service is nonexistent. We payed as soon as we arrived and as soon as we entered we noticed that it was incredibly hot and humid and every time we tried to lower the ac it returned to its old setting . Eventually we gave up and called the manager considering we had only stayed for 3 hours and asked for a refund . They were HORRIBLE and Denied the accusation calling us liars . They refused to return our money though we payed more than 2000 riyals for 2 nights . I genuinely do not recommend this stay at all. living in a garbage site would be better
