My stay at Haya Golden Hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was dirty upon arrival, with dust and poor overall cleanliness, and the washroom was in an unacceptable condition. It was obvious that proper housekeeping had not been done before check-in. The hotel did not provide the level of hygiene that any guest should reasonably expect. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they seemed uninterested and made us feel unwelcome. Customer service was far below an acceptable standard. The hotel also lacked many basic facilities that should be available to guests, making the stay inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was stressful and did not justify the amount paid. I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend Haya Golden Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay.
