Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. We asked before arrival that we preferred to have to rooms beside each other and the could just provide the samme floor, 1 disappointment. 2 disappointment: There was a rat in the children’s pool, which made the experience very unpleasant and raised concerns about hygiene and safety. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with some items (cheese) appearing poorly stored and almost melted . The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. In addition, the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet acceptable standards. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 2-star rather than the standard it appears to advertise.
