AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST! We booked a room from their website but when we reached the hotel they refused to provide the room. They gave the rooms to other people at higher prices and so didn’t want to give the room to people with online booking. The Sudani receptionist was extremely rude, he said we don’t have any app or website to book, your booking itself is wrong. When we showed him the confirmation and told him to even check the phone number provided was that of their reception itself, he just said there’s no use of talking, go to another hotel. Right in front of us they refused to provide room to 2 other people with online bookings also. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and horrible.
