By the grace of Allaah (subhaanahu wa-ta'aala) we spent 22 days in Almadeenah Almunawarrah at this hotel. We (5 adults)had a 2-room suite. It's been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean, the service is excellent and the location is brilliant, making it walkable to the Haram (about 25mins). The bus shuttle service is comfortable and punctual. If you miss the bus and wish to take a taxi, it costs 5-10 Royals. Will definitely book next time we're at Almadeenah Almunawarrah, in sha'Allaah.
