הזמנתי דרך בוקינג את הדירה ואני מעל לחודשיים מנסה ליצור איתם קשר על מנת לבטל בגלל המלחמה בארץ. נאלצתי לקנות כרטיס טיסה חדש שלא תואם את שעות הצ׳ק אין שלהם, שמאוד דלות. מ15:00 עד 18:00. ניסיתי כל יום לבקש שעת צ׳ק אין אחרת וכל פעם דחו לי את הבקשה. ניסיתי לדבר עם בוקינג שיעזרו לי ליצור איתם קשר וגם זה ללא מענה. כרגע חודשיים מנסה לבטל ואין מענה לא אליי ולא לבוקינג. לא ממליצה בכלל. מרגיש לי סקאם.
