Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Quarters were small, but clean and well appointed. Kiosk check in was a breeze. Good communication with staff before arrival and after departure. Is this a vacation desination or a place to make family memories? Absolutely not. But it's perfect and perfectly located for a quick business trip when you need to be in Central London and don't want to break the bank.
