Open in Google MapsPositive points: The only positive aspect of this hotel was the reception staff. The lady at reception ( who checked us in) and the gentleman (who checked us out) were genuinely kind, welcoming and always smiling. The location is also good, right next to the metro. Negative points: Everything else was a huge disappointment. I have travelled a lot and this is honestly the first time in my life I have seen a hotel with so many rude employees. The housekeeping team and the breakfast staff completely ignore guests. They never reply to a simple "good morning" or "good evening", and don't even acknowledge you when you meet them anywhere. A smile costs nothing. A special mention goes to the older breakfast lady, Sandra. After reading other reviews on booking mentioning her attitude, I thought they were exaggerating. They weren't!!!. She is unfriendly, RUDE and clearly needs to urgently retire. The "breakfast buffet", if it can even be called a buffet, is by far the poorest I have ever seen in any hotel: bread, butter, jam, cold milk, tasteless coffee, cheap supermarket juice and boiled eggs. That's it. Calling this a buffet is misleading. Finally, the air conditioning was a complete disaster. It made a constant loud noise, making it impossible to use. When we reported it, the answer was simply: "Yes, we know. Maybe the company will fix it next week.", they knew but we were not informed!!!! An unbelievable response for a paying guest. To make matters even worse, the unit continued making an irritating noise even when switched off, leaving us with a completely sleepless night. I would not stay here again and certainly would not recommend it
