Tower Hill Studio Appartment

We stayed for 6 nights at Bob W and had the best stay! The rooms are small but SO very functional. Bed was comfy and it was great to have a kitchenette, all so affordable! We’ve seen lots of reviews about being close to the train tracks and this might make us sound weird, but you get used to the sound and we didn’t find it overbearing, it lulled us to sleep like white noise (don’t have kids either). The trains don’t operate 24/7 and if you’ve been to London enough times - there’s trains / tubes everywhere - it’s all part of the experience. The highlight for us was returning to a beautifully cold, air conditioned room after a long day in the heatwave. Absolute bliss! And being able to stock up our fridge with cold drinks, food and fruit from the local Tesco. There’s also a Wetherspoons close by with fab deals on drinks and food. We didn’t have a daily cleaner - which did not bother us one bit as we were able to access clean towels and supplies from the communal laundry when needed. Something we preferred over having someone unknown in your space daily making your bed - that can feel ick and not for us. The independence of everything was preferred. We look forward to our next stay!
