Thornton Lounge Sleeps 4 - City Centre

THEY LEFT ME STRANDED WITHOUT AN APARTMENT AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX THE ISSUE Last Thursday, my wife and I went to London with everything booked through Edreams: round-trip flights and an apartment (Thornton Awesome Stay 4 Apartment convenient to Clapham Common). I arrived on Thursday morning and was told I should have previously downloaded an app called TTlock, but I never received any email about it. In the app, there was a phone number for the apartment, but no one answered – not by phone or WhatsApp. THORNTON AWESOME STAY LEFT ME WITHOUT ANY CALL, MESSAGE, EMAIL, COMPLETELY ABANDONED, TODAY 2/12/2024 STILL WAITING FOR AN EMAIL A MESSAGE! SOMETHING!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!! I called Edreams, and they told me I should have contacted the apartment beforehand. This went on in a loop for four hours. By 7:00 PM, I decided to book another hotel because otherwise, my wife and I would have had to sleep on the street. The same thing happened the next day and the day after. Now I’m back home, demanding at least a refund. SHAMEFUL!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! Not only did I not get an apartment, but they kept giving me the runaround, saying I had to wait 24 hours, claiming it wasn’t Edreams’ problem. They left me stranded in London with no solution. Now I’m demanding at least a refund for the apartment I had to pay for twice. A DISGRACE!! NEVER AGAIN EDREAMS!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
