It was very good and as described. I wanted a 5 min walk from the Royal opera house.. I got that. Clean and good reception for a late night cup of tea or drink/snack. Rooms, (mine was the windowless type) was very specious enough for one. Very comfy mattress (double) and pillows. Very good big towels in the shower room. All so seemed clean and safe. Only tiny bug bear was the tiny green night light - so the room isn’t pitch black. If I use again, I’ll bring an eye mask. For London it was reasonable value. Booked via Booking.com
