I stayed for 1 night on a business trip. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the most basic room and although very small, it was all I needed. Clean and comfortable, this is a great location only a few minutes walk from Leicester Square underground station. Great little cafe area and you are right in the heart of theatre land, so many great restaurants, pubs and bars nearby.
