Friendly, efficient staff. Tiny room (typical for London though) with decent size bathroom because I booked a room with disability access. Clean, neat and comfortable & I didn't hear any street noise. The ottoman looks grubby though & the side table didn't get dusted. Great, central location. Great value especially with café style snacks, light meals and selected drinks included for the category of room I booked for GBP 200 pn. For a budget hotel, this was good.
