I travel to central London every 2-3 weeks and wanted to stay near Paddington for a change. So this is my first and last stay here. Booked for 2 nights. My room was pleasant enough on the 4th floor, but lift only takes you to the 2nd floor, so not good if you are infirm or have cases. No remote control for the TV in my room. Someone did bring 2 remotea up (both for a Sharp TV & it was a Sony) was promised it would be sorted then next night and it wasn't. On my 2nd night no lifts were working which meant my work colleagues arriving with cases had to drag their luggage up stairs. On the subject of stairs the banister was extremely loose and is a clear heath & safety hazard. Staff were nice and room was small and bed was comfortable.
