Excellent location with a personal service you won't believe ❤️. Mike checked us in and made sure our suitcases were in our room for the free early check in. A birthday card, light bulb balloons and gift were waiting for us, as were the complimentary drinks and sandwiches. All was clean and cute , the bed was amazing (and I'm picky 😅) and in the morning complementary room service was waiting for us: we woke to English breakfast tea, biscuits and the newspaper. Brilliant stay, definitely recommend! Thank you Mike, for making this stay special.
